3/17/19 just before 3 P.M. out in the Bell Concrete Parking Lot (Free Advertising). Officer Kenny Vanover (Big K.) arrests Mr. Brian Steven Cloud of Pineville on a FTA warrant from Knox County as well as a parole violation warrant issued by the Parole Board. Mr. Cloud was taken back to his home town and given a room at the Bell County Center for those with Parole Violation warrants. No Bond is listed on the Parole Violation Warrant and 1K “Cash” is listed on the FTA warrant.

Mr. Cloud is familiar with the friendly walls of the Detention Center. His past charges going back to 1995 include:

Possession of Marijuana X4
Drug Paraphernalia X3
Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotic X1
Contempt of Court X4
Possession of Cocaine X1
Probation Violation X2
Shoplifting X1
Cold Checks X1
Bench Warrants X3
2nd Half Of Daily Double

Same Day, Same Time, Same Place, Big K. also arrests Ms. Amanda Miracle (Alias Knoop) of Middlesboro on 2 Bench Warrants and a parole violation warranted issued by the Parole Board. Ms. Miracle was also escorted down to Pineville where she resides at the Jail under a “criminal possession of forged instrument warrant” 151.00 “Pay or Stay”, Bench warrant for “Shoplifting” 151.00 “Pay or stay” and NO BOND on the Parole Violation.
