The Joker:

5/30/19 about 2:30 in the afternoon over on 37th street on the West Side of the Boro, Officer Jeremiah Johnson (J.J.) makes a traffic stop on a 2001 Toyota with Tennessee Tags. It is difficult to create suspense here when all of you that follow these writings Know that once you say “J.J.” and “Tennessee Tags” in the same sentence something is about to happen. Anyhow, the driver, Ms. Kellye Daniel Stokes AKA Kellye Daniel Partin of Morristown Tennessee has three Bell County Bench Warrants for her arrest, 2 for shoplifting and one for suspended licence. She is also not wearing her seat belt, has no auto insurance and of course…do I have to say it?…some needles, a syringe loaded with Meth and a set of digital scales. The usual I guess.

Ms. Stokes/Partin was escorted down to the Pineville Welcoming Center for out of town quests and charged with the above. At the time of this writing she is still staying in Pineville with no bonds listed except a 100.00 “Pay Or Stay” on the suspended licence warrant.

Ms. Stokes/Partin is familiar with Ferguson Arms in Pineville as she has stayed there before on her trips to Bell County. Her Past Charges include but are not limited to:

Bench Warrant X5
Hindering Prosecution or Apprehension -2nd Degree
Obstruction/Interference with an officer
Possession of Methamphetamine
Drug Paraphernalia
Shoplifting

Officer Johnson (J.J.) does a fine job of keeping the citizens of Middlesboro safe from those carrying drugs into the community through the tunnel. As one of the fans favorites, we all know that we are glad to have him.

Thank You J.J.

Go Team Middlesboro!!!
