Stolen vehicle recovered-2 arrested near East Bernstadt:
Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Travis Napier along with CSO Sean Hayre and Constable Travis Gregory arrested two individuals off KY 490 in a business parking lot approximately 4 miles north of London on Tuesday night June 4, 2019 at approximately 8:14 PM. After investigators ran a check and received a hit on a tan Chevrolet Blazer that was a reported stolen vehicle – stolen out of Green County. Two occupants were located in the vehicle, the driver had no operator’s license and the passenger was wanted as a fugitive from Georgia. The two arrested individuals were identified as:
• the driver of the vehicle – by Diana Lynn McQueen age 51 of Greensburg, Kentucky charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000; no operator’s license.
• A passenger –Jautanna McQueen age 53 of East Bernstadt charged with being a fugitive from Pickens County Georgia.
