The Joker:

2/14/19 7:40 P.M. The Night Stalker serves a warrant on 19 year old Mr. Dakota Owens for “Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree/1st Offense (Methamphetamine)” and “Drug Paraphernalia Buy-Possess”. Mr. Owens was arrested and taken down to the Pineville Center for Meth Traffickers where he still resides, and placed under a 25K “Cash” Bond.

For those of you that watch the news, you may recall that major media in Knoxville and Lexington both covered the original story of the events at a storage unit in the Boro. Both media outlets had to change their stories several times as whomever their source was had it wrong. Eventually they both left the story with Mr. Owens being in jail awaiting charges.  Mr. Owens was never actually put in jail, He was released 20 mins after he was originally taken in. Below you can see the screen shots from the jail. At this point, Mr. Owen’s accomplice in the original story from the major news outlets has not been charged nor arrested. He also was let out of jail on an old warrant less than an half hour after arrival.

2/15/19 right after midnight, The Night Stalker makes a traffic stop near the 4 way stop in Binghamtown. 27 year old Mr. Christopher Murray of Middlesboro is just not doing too well. He has crossed the center line several times and drawn the attention of The Night Stalker. Naturally, a traffic stop ensues. Mr. Murray’s driver’s licence is suspended, he has no insurance and of course, as always, is carrying a small bag of meth. One just has to shake one’s head at this point.

Well Mr. Murray got a free ride down to Pineville in the friendly confines of Christine’s back seat. All of the above charges apply. He is still resting there with no bonds listed on some charges and a 1500.00 “Cash” bond listed for not having his rear licence illuminated.

Mr. Murray has visited the Pineville Center for bad decisions before but he’s managed to stay away for several years. His past charges include but are not limited to:

Bench Warrant
Possession Controlled Substance

Enter Joe Holder

2/16/19 7:05 P.M. Joe Holder cruises into the 38th street B.P. Station to serve a warrant. When Joe enters the building, folks start to fidget in their chairs. One woman behind the counter said: “Oh shit”. No one dared bolt and run as Holder scanned the room.

The target was zeroed in on. Ms. Angela Yates of Middlesboro. She didn’t bother giving Joe Holder a hard time and accepted her escort down to the Pineville Lodge for Cougars with Bench Warrants. Ms. Yates was charged with 4 bench warrants including but not limited to: Shoplifting and Possession of Controlled Substance. Ms. Yates is still there with no bonds listed on 2 warrants, a 500 dollar “cash” listed on one and a 10 % 2500.00 Bond listed on the possession warrant.

Ms. Yates is familiar with her surroundings. Her past charges include but are not limited to:
