Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Bryon Lawson arrested Sally Johnson age 36 of London on Saturday afternoon September 15, 2018 at approximately 12:22 PM. The arrest occurred off S. Laurel Rd. in London after Deputy Lawson was dispatched to a complaint of a female subject at a yard sale staggering in the parking lot and leaving her 19-month-old child in the vehicle. When Deputy Lawson located the gold colored Toyota Camry, he conducted a traffic stop and an investigation on the driver who was determined to be under the influence. This subject stated that she had taken Suboxone and Neurontin prior to operating the vehicle. This subject was also found in possession of marijuana. Sally Johnson was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – second offense; endangering the welfare of a minor; and possession of marijuana.
