Indictment warrant arrest:
Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Detective Bryon Lawson arrested Joshua B. Sizemore age 41 of London on Monday afternoon May 20, 2019 at approximately 1:50 PM. The arrest occurred off Ky 80 in London while deputies were conducting an investigation in that area and encountered this subject who fled out a front door and following a foot chase of approximately ½ mile , this individual was located. A Sheriff’s office K-9 team assisted in locating this individual hiding and arrested him without incident. This individual was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging theft by unlawful taking – auto – $10,000 or more but under $1 million; fleeing or evading police – first-degree – motor vehicle; possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine; operating a motor vehicle under the influence; possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender I and other charges. In addition, this subject was charged regarding today’s incident with fleeing or evading police – first-degree – on foot. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County detention center.
