[2nd Shooting suspect arrested]

On November 29, 2018 KCSO Detectives and KCSO S.W.A.T took Demond Goines 19 YOA, into custody at a residence on Kentwood Rd., Knoxville.

Demond Goines date of birth 12/08/1999 is charged with 4 counts of attempted 2nd degree Murder, 1 count of possessing a firearm during Commission or attempt to commit dangerous felony. 1 count of Violation of Parole.

Bond amount is $175,000.00

 

[Shooting suspect arrested]

On November 28, 2018 KCSO Detectives and Patrol Officers took James Isaiah Bell, 18 YOA into custody at a residence on Crippen Road without incident.

James Isaiah Bell was charged with 4 counts of attempted 2nd degree Murder, 1 count of possessing a firearm during Commission or attempt to commit dangerous felony.

Bond amount is $175,000.00

The charges are the result of a shooting incident that occurred on 11/26/2018 at approximately 5:37pm on Tammy Drive in Powell, TN. The four Victims are juveniles.
