1/8/19 about 6:30 P.M. Officer Christopher Barnes (Big C.) backed up by The Night Stalker run out to check out the numerous complaints the department has received about “high traffic” and “Drug activity” at #117 in the West End Trailer Park. When the boys arrived Big C. went to the door and when it was opened got his nose full of pot smoke. He could also see “several distribution bags” in “plain site” on the “coffee table”. It’s time for a full visit now.
Big C. and The Night Stalker come on in and begin the search. There were more baggies on the kitchen counter and when the boys got to the Bedroom where Larry and Lisa were, the bed had baggies with the corners cut off of them in order to make more “distribution bags”. Naturally under the pillow was the meth. As Jackie Gleason used to say: “And Away We Go”.
Ms. Lisa Prater is arrested and ushered down to the Pineville Drug Dealer Welcome Center and charged with:
Bench Warrant for No Registration Plates and No Insurance
Bench Warrant for Theft By Deception and Receiving Stolen Property
Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st degree/1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
At Present Ms. Prater is still enjoying her room at the jail with a 243 dollar “Pay or stay”, a 153 dollar “Pay or stay”, a 1500 dollar “cash” on the Trafficking charge and no bond listed on the Drug Paraphernalia charge.
Ms. Prater has a history of being given free rides to Pineville charged with:
Receiving Stolen Property X1

Tampering with Physical Evidence X1
Possession of Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified) X1

Well the boys also arrested Mr. Larry Wayne (Dewayne) Wilson and charged him with:

Mr. Wilson is also chilling in the Bell County Home For Middlesboro Meth Dealers under a 5K “Cash” bond as well as no bond listed on the Paraphernalia charge.

So here we have another case of death dust dealing in the Boro. 2 individuals that don’t give a damn about your children, grandchildren or anybody else. Once you cross that line of selling the death dust to the public and not caring about what happens because of your actions, you lose all respect. You are the Evil one. The Devil.
The hero here in the story is Mamaw that called and called and continued to call the MPD until they took action. Mamaw cares about her grandchildren. The two individuals dealing death dust don’t. Mamaw took the baby killers off the streets for awhile. Now it’s up to the Justice System in Pineville that, as you know, tends to let the dealers go and leave the users suffering.
Big C. and The Night Stalker did a great job as always bringing these two in. The MPD does not get enough credit for fighting this plague of death dust that falls like rain in the city. Maybe the new mayor will listen to some new ideas about how to fight this scourge, like building walls and redirecting traffic in order to slow the traffic of the drug dealers. Maybe the new mayor will just rely on the MPD to stop a wave of criminal activity that would take the 2nd Marine Corps to do so. I don’t know what’s coming, but, our boys in blue need help. Help from the public, help from the City, help from the state, and Help from Washington. Arresting low level, low rent , trailer park drug dealers is good, but the real problem is the major suppliers. I know this will piss some of you off but…build the wall !!!. It will slow the traffic of death dust.
Thank You Big C., The Night Stalker And Mamaw.
Go Team Middlesboro !!!
